Chilli chicken

This is Vivek, I'm here to explore the recipe of  CHILLI CHICKEN.

Let's go for the process of Chilli chicken
To prepare the Chilli chicken all you need is listed below.

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken- 500 g.
Onions-1 Big(big cubes)
Capsicum-1(big cubes)
Chopped Garlic-1 table spoon
Corn flour-1 cup
Curd-1 cup
Turmeric-1 pinch
Red chilli powder-1 table spoon
Black pepper-1 tea spoon
Ginger garlic paste-1 table spoon
Green pepper-4/Required
Spring onions-1/4 cup
Ajinomoto-2 pinches
Garam masala-1 table spoon
Red chilli sauce-2 table spoons
Soya sauce-2 table spoons
Salt- To taste
oil-1 cup

Chilli chicken

PREPARATION:

  • Marinate the chicken with 3tb.sp. of corn flour, Egg, 1t.sp. of Black pepper, Turmeric, 1tb.sp. of Red pepper powder, Corn flour, Ginger and garlic paste and 1 t.sp. of curd and keep it for 20 minutes.
  • Now deep fry the chicken in a pan and drain the chicken pieces from oil.
  • Now add oil in a pan and add chopped garlic also.
  • Saute the garlic for few seconds and now add onion, capsicum cubes and green peppers.
  • Saute them also for more few minutes.
  • Now add 1tb.sp. of tomato ketchup, 2tb.sp. of soya sauce, 2tb.sp. of red chilli sauce, Garam masala, Ajinomoto and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  • Now add the fried chicken pieces in to the pan and mix it well.
  • Now prepare the corn flour mixture by adding 1 tb.sp. of corn flour in to 1/2 cup of water.
  • Then add this mixture in to the chicken and cook it for 5 minutes.
  • Finally add 1/4 cup of spring onions and mix it well.
                     Now the delicious Chillli chicken is ready to serve.
