To prepare the Butter chicken all you need is listed below.
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken-500 g.(Chunks)
Butter-1 cup
Ginger garlic paste-1 table spoon
Chopped ginger-1 tea spoon
Black pepper-1 table spoon
Red chilli powder-2 tea spoons
curd-2 table spoons
Salt- to taste
Onions-1 big size(Finely chopped)
Tomatoes-3 cups(big cubes)
Cashew nuts-1/2 cup
Cream-1 table spoon
tandoori masala-1 tea spoon
kasoori methi- 1 tea spoon

PREPARATION:
- Marinate the chicken with Ginger garlic paste, Tandoori masala, Black pepper, 1t.sp. of Red chilli powder, salt, Curd & Lemon juice, give it a good mix and let it for 20 minutes.
- Now take a pan and add 3 spoons of oil and add the chicken pieces in to it.
- Fry the chicken until golden in color.
- Now take the chicken pieces from the pan and drain the oil from it.
- Now add 1 tb.sp. of butter and 1 tb.sp. of oil in the pan.
- Then add chopped ginger in to the pan then add chopped onion.
- Now add the tomatoes, cashew nuts, salt and red chilli powder in to the pan.
- Then cook the mixture for 5 minutes.
- Then take the mixture in to a mixer jar and grind it in to a fine paste.
- Now in the same pan add 1 tb.sp. of butter and 1t.sp.of oil.
- Then add the tomato mixture in to the pan and cook it for 5 minutes on high flame.
- Then add the chicken pieces in to the mixture and let it for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Now add 1tb.sp. of butter and 1tb.sp. of fresh cream.
- Finally add crushed kasoori methi in to the pan.
Now the Delicious Butter chicken is ready to serve.
This Butter chicken goes very good with Roti, Naan, Rice.
