To prepare the Chicken lollipops all you need is listed below.
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken lollipops-10 to 15 pieces
Ginger&garlic paste-1 tea spoon
Black pepper powder-1/2 tea spoon
Red chilli powder/paste-1 table spoon
soya sauce-1 table spoon
salt- to taste
Vinegar-1 tea spoon(Optional)
Corn flour-4 table spoons
All purpose flour(maida)-2 table spoons
Red food color-1 pinch(Optional)
Seasoning:
Oil-3 table spoons
Ginger-1 table spoon(Chopped)
Garlic-1 table spoon(Chopped)
Spring onions-1 table spoon
Red chilli sauce-2 table spoons
Tomato ketchup-2 table spoons
Soya sauce-2 table spoons
Sugar-1 tea spoon
Vinegar-1 tea spoon
Corn flour-1 tea spoon
PREPARATION:
- Marinate the chicken with Ginger garlic paste, Red chilli powder, Black pepper powder, 1/2tb.sp. soya sauce, Then keep it a side for at least 30 minutes.
- Now prepare a thick batter by mixing Corn flour, maida, Remaining soya sauce, salt, Red chilli paste in a bowl. If you want more color, you can also add some food colour.
- If you add Red chilli paste, it gives a very fine red color to the batter. So there is no need to add any extra color to it. But if you add chilli powder you can add the food color.
- Now, by adding little bit of water prepare a thick batter.
- Now take a pan on flame and pour some oil for deep fry.
- Now dip the lollipops in to the batter and deep fry them on low flame until it cooks.
- Now the delicious Chicken lollipops are ready to eat.
- Take a pan and add 3tb.sp. oil in to it.
- Now add ginger and garlic pieces, saute them until raw smell goes up.
- Now add chilli sauce, then Tomato ketchup, soya sauce and the sugar. And give it a stir.
- Now add 1t.sp. of corn flour in to 3 spoons of water and mix it well, then add this mixture in to the pan.
- Then the mixture was thickened.
- Now add the chicken pieces in to the pan and let it for 3 minutes.
- Finally add some spring onions and switch the flame off.
